Christian Community Action [CCA]

There is NOTHING Christian about the way some of these people treat patients. They are threatening to drop my husband as a patient because he called scared of how he would be without the medication they were too lazy to fill. Long story, but Jesus is definitely not happy with these people.

I recently had business dealings with Andy Gabehart of OIG office resources in Carrolton he and his partner in san Antonio Doug Truino
owe me over $10, 000.00, 2 other guys over $5, 000.00 each
and there are other's they money to as well
as they closed out a business and left bills due to its customer and employees
for item they sold and made a profit but refuse to pay back to there customers there
proceeds from the sale
they wont return phone calls or emails
and both are going on with there business like this deal never happened

By the way, CCA does not charge money to make copies for their Adult Health Center patients. See blogger "CCA is no good". It is not true that they were charged $25.00 or even 25 cents.

Assclown Killer..the name alone is enough to set off red flags. Why would anyone want to meet you for it is obvious that you are a malcontent.

If I had one complaint about CCA, it would be the amount of forms to complete. They opened a Pandora's box when the accepted HUD grants which is the primary reason for all those forms.

Going back to the two complaints. None of the staff are rude. The above complainers were the rude and demanding ones. Some people define "rudeness" as not getting their way and believing that the world revolves around them.

i agree 100% with that comment that person wrote, there customer service is uncalled for and very disrespectful to clients who are in need of help.The front desk staff they have at cca in lewisville off mill street are like trying to find help in wallmart.my complaint goes to the front desk older lady over in the clinic who takes ure money and makes appt.very unprofessional service and extremly rude and has no respect for others and who around her at the time, she rejected me seeing the dr that morning when i was on time 9am claimed i didnt confirm my appt when i had already confirmed it a week in advanced for she was off that day i was in there getting paper wrk done.she called me a liar to my face in front of many people claimed she called sat and left a msg but there was not a msg not even a number in my phone.i felt stupid and embarressed while poeple looked at me.i guess thats the treatment u get when u go to a cca seeking help.today i went for my medical records to file for ssi for i acoustic neuroma, had lost my fulltime job due to health issues, she told me it was 25.00 to make a copy and fax would be 25.00 .wow i went to 3 er and dr offices and they didnt charge me nothing to make a copy for me, just greated me with a smile.how am i suppose to pay if i dont have a job.i dont know if this company is money hungrey or if she is pockets the money herself.i would not recomand cca of lewisville to any one for help or have to deal with this person and her rudeness to and to others .i have seen her shut the glass window door on a older gentlemen just asking for help when she told him she was too busy and it was her lunch time and cant help him.i would reccomand parkland of dallas, u have have to wait but they dont hound u for money or make u feel little or stupid for there badd customer service that cca of lewisville gives to people.i will find out her real name and post it up here with her picture

But since I did not work for CCA at the time of this complaint, I would very much appreciate having my name removed from this list.

That goes for most Christian organisations. All the hard-core Christians I know wouldn't give you the time of day.
