CHR Roofing - leaking roof as shingles were not sealed properly

Lately, my ceiling had a leak, like a steady stream of water coming into bathroom due to shingles/flashing not being sealed properly when they did my roof last Nov. We had torrential rain and the roof leaked near my chimney. Called company and they did come fix it right away since they knew they were in the wrong. When the damages were brought up, the guy pretty much said that he was only responsible for the shingles and nothing more. These damages are due to the neglect of not sealing it properly the first time.
