I recently had an experience with Choice Siki (choicesiki.com) and I must say, it was quite disappointing. One of the major issues I encountered was their lack of proper background checks for the people they send. It's concerning to think that they would send individuals without verifying their backgrounds first. This is a serious matter that should not be taken lightly.

Another problem I faced was that there were instances where they didn't even send anyone at all. Despite this, they still held onto the deposit money I had paid them and refused to return it. It's incredibly frustrating to have paid for a service that was never provided, yet they still kept my hard-earned money.

I believe it's important for companies like Choice Siki to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that they are providing a reliable and trustworthy service. Unfortunately, my experience with them fell short in these areas. It's disheartening to encounter such issues when you're simply looking for a service that you can rely on.

My experience with Choice Siki has been really good. They are very professional and easy to use. Their website is great and their customer service is excellent. They even have a really nice Babysitter & Helper. They might be a bit more expensive than other places, but it's worth it. I don't regret spending the extra money at all. I highly recommend using this service and I hope they continue to be professional. Their service is really great and top notch.

Choice Siki Service at Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai is all about money, money, money. I wanted to hire a maid, so I checked out their website and read some reviews on Google. Boy, was I in for a rude awakening! These guys are seriously unprofessional and don't give a hoot about what the customer wants. Can you believe they actually charge a convenience fee of Rs. 500 just to bring a maid to your doorstep? And on top of that, they ask for a whole month's salary for the maid. I mean, that's understandable, but these extra charges are just ridiculous. And get this, my house is just a stone's throw away from their office, not even a kilometer! So why should I have to pay 500 bucks for that? It's a joke, really.

What's worse is that they don't trust their own service people or their customers. They act all secretive, shutting their office doors and keeping their mouths shut. I told them I wanted to try out the maid for a day to see if she can cook to my satisfaction before I pay. Seems fair, right? But no, these guys want the money upfront, before I even hire the cook maid. Can you believe the nerve?

I strongly advise you to stay away from this agency. They have no manners whatsoever. They happily take Rs. 10,000 as a service charge, but they can't even cough up the convenience fee. Look at other consultancies that actually know how to treat their customers with respect and professionalism. I told them straight up, "I'm not gonna put money in your pocket and grovel at your feet just to get a maid who can't even cook properly." So, be warned, these fraudsters will gladly take your money, whether they provide good service or not. They're cheap and have no manners, and that includes the owner.
