I totally agree with Pattaya and then some. This company, OrdaSoft, has absolutely no communication skills. I mean, seriously, zero! I hired OrdaSoft to develop a hotel website for me, and we agreed on a deadline of 4 weeks. I provided them with detailed instructions on what I needed, including my preferred template, fonts, and other specifications. However, after 3 weeks, they still hadn't made any progress.

To my surprise, I discovered that they had to contact the hosting company to learn how to point the domain. I mean, seriously? Aren't they supposed to be a software development company?

Eventually, they sent me a screenshot of their work, but it was only the front page, which wasn't even operational. And to make matters worse, it wasn't what I had specified.

When I raised this issue with them, they had the audacity to question why I didn't like what they had made and why I wanted what I had originally ordered. Can you believe it? Are they joking?

But no, they weren't joking. The manager actually had the nerve to tell me that it was my fault for not liking their work. Can you imagine?

Not only do you not get what you specify when working with OrdaSoft, but they also have the nerve to blame you for their mistakes. And to top it all off, they don't even know how to point domains properly. It's just unbelievable.
