I will say that after 28 years, my home has held up pretty well. There were noticeable mistakes made in placing an plug outlet in the bathroom that was remedied by cutting into the woodwork to make it fit; the toilet is same bathroom alignment was off causing the need to reinstall the mechanism by breaking the foundation.
