Choice Home Builders review: Complaints

I will say that after 28 years, my home has held up pretty well. There were noticeable mistakes made in placing an plug outlet in the bathroom that was remedied by cutting into the woodwork to make it fit; the toilet is same bathroom alignment was off causing the need to reinstall the mechanism by breaking the foundation. All that being said, house settling has been minimal and will be in this house for the duration. Knowing what I know now, I would never have picked this company to build my home; but this one was bought already built. They are no longer in business because of they shoddy work done; they hired people who were not educated in home building.
