China Post - Local Carrier. review: Orders reported as delivered when they were not.

17track.net website reports delivery was made to my (the customer) address on 14th July 2023. I am 100% confident that no such delivery was received at my address.

17track.net website reports delivery was made to my (the customer) address on 16th July 2023. I am 100% confident that no such delivery was received at my address.

Tracking Number: AS020468336CN

17track.net website reports delivery was made to my (the customer) address on 24th July 2023 - today. I am 100% confident that no such delivery was received at my address.

Why have the packages related to these tracking numbers (from China Post - UK carrier?) been reported as delivered, when l (the customer) know that they were not.

Who do you contact about these type of queries. First contact for me was [protected]@track.net. They said that they didn’t get involved in tracking number queries. They advised me to contact the sellers. I contacted the sellers. They advised me to contact the local carriers. Okay. Who would that local carrier be?

I have no idea. I can’t contact China Post. Their website advises against sending emails in English, as they may not get answered for some time. So, who can sort this out for me. Three orders paid for but not received. How can l resolve this successfully. Any help would be appreciated. And who could help me to do that? Thank you.
