Child Protective Services review: The only product or service they offer is to do their best to set you up so that they can take your little ones from you 2

I cannot express just how important it is to have cps investigated for a lot of things. From what I understand they do have a lot of authority and to some point power also. Why? do you realize that they try their hardest to take kids away from parents? they will go so far to take kids away from their parent that they will actually tell parents that they have to do things that would be breaking your lease, they knowingly do this in order for your lease to be broken which would end up being an eviction. If you have 2 kids, one being an adult and the other a minor, me personnally will not have them share a room. Because of the age difference they need to have their own room also this is a requirement of cps. If you are not aware of this, they may insist that you move to a much smaller home, in which your two kids would have to share a bedroom. And that gives them something to use against you, if they feel they need to. How about this one, being told that you have to move someone in with you? they have to be able to pass a drug screen and background check first. Here is where this is seriiously going way to far. Sure the person passes a background check and a drug screeen, this does not mean the person doesnt have a dark side, they just havent been caught yet. How do they think they have the right to make anyone have someone move in with them in the first place? again, is cps going to talk to the landlord? are they going to pay my rent? this is exactly what a case worker told me that I had to do. It was so obvious that she was trying to set me up. Even my 14 year old son told me the same thing. At first she was ok, then she had me doing more and more things. I did a drug screen once a week, went to counseling an hour away once a week, and she also was ccoming to my house once a week. At first I co-operated with her, even though I knew I did not have to. When she told me I had to move someone in with me, I refused to be as co-operative. I quit going to counseling, I did continue taking the drug screens because I knew she was really trying to catch me with a dirty ua, which she never did. I made her think I had someone who would be moving in with me. I didnt. I only had a name of someone to give her, who I told her would. I didnt tell her that there was absolutley no way I would allow her to violate my rights, I had no intention of moving anyone in with us especially no to make her happy. She can stay mad, I dont care. Well then she started pushing me to move. To a 2 bedrooom, saying herself my sons would have to share a room. My first thought... You first! she tried her hardest to trap me, but if I dont even listen to my own mother, im definitley not going to listen to anyone else, badge or no badge. Then I began to start feeling bad. Started with a headache and continually grew worse. Even though I told her I did not feel well at all, she insisted that I went for a drug screen. After calling my dr, he wanted me to come up to the hospital for blood work, so I also had the drug screen since I was already there. If the dr hadnt wanted me to go up there, I would not have went to have a drug screen. This caseworker really went too far. Two days later, after I went to the hospital for bloodwork and drug screen, I had a heart attack. I went to the hospital and was there over night. The following monday I told her I had a heart attack, and basically letting her know not to expect too much from me. The first thing she asked me was if I had thought anymore about moving. I told her no, she is the one who is thinking about moving, not me. And here is the real kicker, my case had never gone through court. I had known the whole time I did not have to do anything, not the counseling, drug screen, nothing. I guess she didnt think I was aware of that, I let her know I was when she told me I had to move someone in with me. I already had a pretty good idea what she was telling her supervisor about me, and I found out I was right, the last time I did go to counseling, she informed me the caseworker told her I had moved someone in with me that I did not know! wow imagine that! I think she just might ppossibly need to have her kids removed, what kind of mother would lie in order to have someone elses kids removed from their parents for a living?
