in November 2020 I purchased a 2016 Chevy Tahoe from New Rochelle Chevrolet, the sale was finalized on 11/25/20 but i was unable to take possession of the vehicle until December 2020 due to paperwork issues from DMV. 2 Days after taking possession i had a problem with the front right wheel rubbing when making left turns. After having a mechanic look at the vehicle it was determined that the vehicle had been involved in an accident, which the dealership denied due to it not showing up on Carfax. After going back and forth with the dealership they realized the parts behind the wheel had been replaced and upon further inspection the vehicle had to be sent out to a frame straightener which took 3 weeks. Also I had to return the vehicle because the Navigation system, the GPS, the phone charger didn't work and the tabs connecting the rear defroster were broken. the vehicle also had to be returned because a front wheel bearing assembly failed, the power steering system failed and the tail lights are now being fixed for the 2nd time. Each repair takes 2 weeks or more. Allegedly a 172 point inspection was done but found none of these issues. this vehicle should never have been sold to anyone. the badly bent frame should have killed any sale and a comparable vehicle should have been offered, as i still have to pay a loan for a truck with this many issues.

Desired outcome: my desired outcome would be for them to take this particular vehicle back and to give me a comparable vehicle to what i am paying for
