I am applying from Ontario Canada, and it is not recognizing my drivers license number. I have inputted the proper number. My license is not invalid. There are no issues concerning my license. The issue is that the computer system is not recognizing the length of my drivers license number. I have tried omitting dashes. I have tried omitting the letter at the beginning, although if I do that it does not appear as shown on my drivers license.

Desired outcome: I would like to continue with the criminal records check and be able to complete the application using my valid drivers license number
