I left a backpack at a TSA checkpoint (stupid on my part, I know). Realized it was missing right as my flight was preparing to board. TSA staff were no help and told me to contact airport Lost and Found, where a human never answers and to file a claim. Filed the Chargerback claim, and even stated my tablet in the backpack is indicating the backpack is at the airport. 5 days of "we still can't locate your item" emails and texts. When I returned to the airport, I followed the tracking on my tablet to the Lost and Found where my backpack was under a bunch of other stuff. Chargerback was worthless, just an extra 3rd party step to keep the people who might actually be able to help form being bothered with actually doing their job. Probably staffed by AI bots and people from 3rd world countries.
