Change.org review: Monthly fees

Beginning in July '25, my debit card has been charged $20 on the 8th of each month by Change.org. I have no idea how they got my card details or where this $20 is going. The company has no published phone numbers and has not responded to multiple emails. The only option seems to be canceling the debit card, which I hate to do since it is attached to other regular payments and monthly bills. Plus that would just excuse this company's apparent thievery and unwillingness to communicate with the outside world.
