There are so many negative things I can say about the apartment I rented from them. It was NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES! It was unhygenic, disgusting, filthy, full of the old tenant's [censored], his nail clippings, dirt, grime, grease, etc., and the landlords insisted that they hired two people to clean that apartment! What a joke!
The bed was broken, there were wires hanging out of a wall socket and wires all over one side of the apartment, the kitchen was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING filled will old food, grime, dirt, etc.- how one could have possibly cooked in it is beyond my imagination.
The windows had not been cleaned in at least 6 months. Considering that one wall of the entire apartment consists of floor to ceiling windows, this is a major problem.
I could go on. I decided to leave after only day of being there. The slumlords have not given me back the rest of my money yet and they insist that they were helpful (yeah right).
Oh yes- I have to mention that in the 3 days that I have been here, 2 employees of the landlord have walked into my apartment while I was half-dressed using their keys. They showed up without notice or an appointment.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Unfortunately I have similar experience with this flat. I was there at the beginning of July (10-15 July 2010).
The building was under reconstruction and Central Paris forgot to inform me. The courtyard was fully packed with old bicycles and the tools of the workers who was working on the building.
The bathroom was dirty. Find the attached picture.
