They continue to call from serval different numbers. The debt has been paid off since 2015. The staff are extremely rude on the call demanding information about me. When I spoke with a manger it was the same. They want information from me but will not give me any information. The first call the caller stated that numerous attempts had been made to collect the debt and it would be collected. The debt is paid and there is nothing to collect. This entry is not on my credit report as an unpaid debt. So where is the information coming from. first phone call was 10/31/23 and I still receive. I found it funny that I was to be taken off the call list because I continued to call then back to obtain more information about the name of the business. I think this is scam related. I ask was anything sent to via mail and the person stated yes and that I had refused to reply. When I ask for the information to be sent back to me via US postal service I was refused. That is definitely a scam! They want all the information verbally.

Desired outcome: I want the calls to discontinue and if the debt is real then something by mail or in writing.
