I worked at Shieff Services for almost three years. It was a nightmare. I have no problem working hard ..or showing up for work. The owner Randy is a Bully. He thrives on demeaning his employees and making them cry. We were told during many meetings just say your wrong and he will stop. It is sad that a company has so much potential but it will never reach it because all the employees are hating it so much they just are waiting for a good job offer so they can leave. He loves the fact he can put people down ...and yell at them and make fun of them ...and if you say anything he is like you know where the door is...you can leave. He brags at meetings that he has never had to pay one unemployment claim ...that is because they document ever single thing the consider wrong, this changes daily by the way. No training in the company you get like an hour of training on a client and you are on. Huge turn around on management and Customer service reps. Sad to say not a place to work or do business with. It was a great idea though.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I know 2 people who worked for these folks and randy is very rude and demeaning when speaking to the young women. People who work here act like they are in a prison. They like DEMORALIZING their workers and belittling them as if they are a child. These guys may be about to get their just rewards. They need to choose who they pick on carefully...
I used to work with the employee who made this comment, Paige Sanchez. She is a old employee who is dramatic and needs to move on and grow up. The owners and managers have been compassionate and helpful. I no longer for this company because I moved, no other reason.
This complaint is invalid. I worked for this company and the owners have helped me and family on several occasions. They are compassionate regarding their employees. I worked with employee that made this complaint, Paige Sanchez. This is a problem employee and is disgruntled. I've seen the drama she stirs up and also posts on Facebook. Isn't it time to get a life Paige Sanchez? You don't work there, move on and grow up! I no longer work there myself due to moving, not for any other reason.
Paige was an interesting. She could work hard. She needed to be friend with everyone and put herself ahead of her work. Randy was quite patient with her.
