I was online and was inquiring about a reservation, once I put in my cc#, they sent me an amount for the reservation of $1191.86 for 3 nights... Their phone number said to cancel, call the hotel directly, which I did and the hotel has documentation that I cancelled. A hotel room at that hotel per night is about $200/night... And I was charged by the CCI the amount stated above. I disputed it with my cc company... They sent me documentation from CCI that says they offer no refunds. Business law says you have 3 business days to cancel any transaction/contract. I called the hotel within 3 minutes and they cancelled the reservation. CCI did not pay Hampton and obviously pocketed the money. Obviously, this is a scam.
