CCIHotel @ GetARoom review: They charged my credit card for a hotel I did not stay in and without permission

I accidently booked a room at the Hampton Inn in Virginia. I immediately cancelled it and made the correct reservation at the Hampton Inn in Peabody MA. I booked directly with the Hampton Inn in Peabody MA. My credit card was charged $1001.89. Upon arrival at the Hampton Inn in Peabody MA I was charged almost $1000.00 for my 5 night stay, as they claimed they had no idea who [protected]@GETAROOM is.
