I went to urgent care afc in cinnaminson nj for routine cdl physical to renew my license, I paid $115 for the exam and certificate I passed all the requirements except the doctor said that she needed me to get a doctors release form because I stated I had a stent put in since my last exam and instructed me to get the cardiologist to give me a release stating I was fit to drive commercial vehicles, she told me to get that and bring it back and she would give me the completed certification. She wanted a current ekg and the doctors release. I contacted the cardiologist they gave me an appointment for exam and ekgfor 2 weeks later. I got the exam and ekg which they faxed to afc urgent care they said yjey wold callme when they got it four days went by they never called, so I went there to get my certificate. Only for them to tell me the exam had expired and the information was deleted and I would have to do the exam over, ok not a problem but I would have to pay another $115 again even though you never finished the primary exam that seems like some ind of overcharging, so I gave you 115dollars for nothing and you want another 115 to fix the first exam? They said all the records are gone, tehy could not even tell me the doctors name that did the exam so all I have is a receipt for $115 for nothing and they said oh well and walked away. So I am angry to say the least. I would appreciate your help thank you dave!
Claimed loss: $115 and cdl certificate
Desired outcome: If a new exam is required because the form is gone give me another to complete what i paid for
