CAVA | Order Online review: Hygiene issues

There were a ton of flies all around the food when I visited Cava in Burlington, North Carolina today. There has got to be a way to stop the flies from entering when the door is opened. The excuse the worker gave was that the flies come in when the door opens. I have visited Cava in Chapel Hill and there is a major difference. On another occasion, one of the servers did not remove her gloves and handled food and money with her gloves on. I had to remind the server to remove her gloves when handling money. It looks like that situation has changed since there is now one person handling money. Nonetheless, more attention is needed to hygiene if they want the business to be successful. Don't believe I will be visiting any time soon. Sixteen dollars is too much to pay for a meal that has flies swarming around it.
