Having pre paid for a crown,
When signing two COVID documents and being rushed to initial multiple authorizations and release of liability I insisted to read through the open authorization to include allowing the dentist to perform whatever work he felt necessary with out detailing an explanation or having my pre-approval.
The young receptacle walked to where the dentist was and returned stating they could not perform services I prepaid for. That they just had an emergency come up.
There was no such emergency.
Having driven 2 hours each way from Pt. Arthur Texas. I requested a refund but no actions or discussions were made to satisfy the pre_paid for service.
I called corporate and have no resolve to date.
What confessions is Castle prepared to resolve this issue?
