I have severe misgivings about Cask88 and their stewardship of my Casks for which they have consistently failed to account. We have all the purchase documentation but have finally had to resort to briefing a legal firm in Edinburgh to initiate proceedings against them. If anyone is able to assist us, we would be very grateful.

Despite numerous requestsThey have not handed over the following Casks:
Tullibardine
Kirkcowan
nor paid us for Bunnahabhain for which they confirmed the sale.
We have extensive correspondence on this matter which we will reproduce on request.

Desired outcome: Transfer of two Casks payment of £7018 for one and reimbursement of legal costs if incurred
