cash rewards, itpa at rewards administrator review: mastercraft boat rebate 19

I too was duped by these frauds... Cash Rewards & MasterCaft both! Has anyone made any headway? Any info you could share would be much appreciated!

I still can't believe Mastercraft won't step up and do the right thing by resolving these on a customer by customer basis. At least show a sliver of goodwill by offering some kind of reimbursement. Fools! Customer service 101 over there!

We had the same thing happen to us, we bought a new boat in Ossipee NH from Wards Boat Yard, made out all the paperwork in 2008, kept all the information for the 36 month time period, never contacted the dealer or employees (as required) very clever of them to have that requirement ! Our envelope came back stamped "BOX CLOSED PROMOTION EXPIRED" now I sent it certified, nobody signed for the envelope, so who stamped the envelope saying the promotion expired, the Post Office? How would they know that, if it were the intended recipient, how could they have stamped the envelope without signing for it? Rewards Administrator PO Box 49193 Strongsville, Ohio [protected]. I wonder why this isn't some kind of mail fraud, they did use the postal service after all.
I had no luck with the AG Office in Ohio, and the boat yard in Ossipee told me we both got screwed ! Very nice I thought, I got screwed because I believed the owner of Wards Boat Yard in Ossipee NH. I won't do that again.

same here, i bought a house in mesa, az, because I was promised $4000 cash back 3 years after i bought the house. I send all the needed items and i get the unopened mail back. after research i found out they went bankrupt.

Sent in $25, 000 certificate with all paperwork, excited to recieve check, and instead was shocked to have it returned. Now filing out unsecured Bankruptcy court claim. I'd participate in a class action suit.

Keep me posted if anyone wants to file a class action lawsuit here. We had to pay $2K upfront in WI for the guarantee of this $25K Cash reward and now I am told they are bankrupt. Isn't that fraud.

Same thing happened to me with the Cash Rewards that was promised on my "08 Mastercraft X-Star. Has anyone heard of a class action lawsuit?

We had a similar experience. Just received a notice of closed P.O. Box. Extremely unhappy with how it was marketed to us in a real estate transaction.

We had the same thing happen to us. We bought the Mastercraft in Wisconsin. Unfortunately we had to pay in $1500 up front to even participate so not only do we not get the $10, 000, we actually paid MORE money for the boat than the dealer wanted just to 'opt in'. Did all of you have to pay in to start the rebate plan or are you just not getting the rebate incentive? I plan to further research this and possibly even hire local legal help to get to the bottom of what we should be doing next

I just had the same experience with a rebate on a car with this company. If anyone is instigating a class action, include me was well.

Looking for any updates regarding Mastercraft Cash rewards - Any legal team handling this yet - I can't believe a company like Mastercraft is not going to stand behind this and support its loyal owners.

Just spent an hour completing all the paper work for my 10k cash reward, for the purcahse of a 2008 mastercraft. I will call attorney's office tomorrow.
Hoping for some good news.

Was promised a 10K rebate on a 2007 Sunnybrook Brookside 5th Wheel RV. Did all my paper work like everyone else. Went to the expense of certified return receipt mail, had to get an original copy of my birthcertificate, etc. Had my paperwork also come back Return to Sender, Refused. What is up with that? I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the AG of Nevada. Smells like major fraud and major class action law suit. Check this out:

My explicite understanding and agreement to pay absolute cash for my boat in return for a strengant submittal of information in 36 months to receive the $20k rebate. This was the sole condition that agreed to surrender $58k on the front end in their anticipation I would not comply, or forget the criteria. I did not and adheared to the guide lines. I smell a nasty class action in the works and I will be be right in the front of it. Mislead, deceived, cheated, and lied to. My absolute reason to buy the boat on cash was THIS rebate program. Truly theft and I am ready to pursue.

The same thing just happened to us. We had our envelope mailed back "refused" so we mailed it in again. Have any of you learned what step to take next?

Regarding Mastercraft $10, 000 rebate. Packet submitted to Rewards Administrator in Ohio with all materials first week of June 2010. Returned "Refused, PO Box Closed". Just doing the research now, but I would think our various states Attorneys General would be interested in this. Of course there is the option for a class action suit, but there would have to be a list of participants and a law firm taking the case, and then there is also the possibility of getting a few dollars back from the bankruptcy trustee, but again we have to be listed as a participant.
