Cash America Pawn review: Customer service

3/21/26 I’d like to report an employee by the name of Jasmin she’s working at the cash America pawn on valley high San Antonio tx I came in at around 5:00 trying to sell a bike and the cashier jasmine asks me for what price I had in mind, I told jasmin around 120$ jasmin then repeats it as if I offended her, mind you everyone in the pawn shop working was saying it’s a really nice bike and fancy mind you it is a 350$ bike the bike did come with a lock and 2 lights brand new that I bought seperately , jasmin then gives me a price jasmin and the manager discussed 2 different prices jasmin then tells me the price jasmin wants to go with and says 80$ I then asked is there a way I can get a little more for seperate parts, jasmin told me no and that it all has to come together and that I should be lucky because i shouldn’t get more than 20 $ for the bike and that no other pawn shop will offer me more than 20$ (I only used bike 1-2 and other pawnshops offered me 95-110) as she was telling me this I felt as if she was trying to humiliate me infront of everyone in the store, I don’t think any customer should be treated with disrespect and humiliation I don’t think think this complaint serves me any justice for what I experienced
