Carvel MLL review: Ordered cake

Just pick up my cake and was very disappointed.
I was very specific in what I wanted and gave an example. Explained that I wanted Prince and MARK to stand out.
Was asked if I wanted sprinkles or a color border. Since I was asked I picked a red border. (See cake order)
The cake does look nice, and no one will notice but me BUT...
When I talked to the person at Carvel when I picked up the cake she said "she" didn't take the order, I then asked for my drawing back and a man came to the window to talk to me. He said the person who took the order was "new". That should not be an excuse.
I work in service and if the worker doesn't understand the order we call the customer. Which Carvel had plenty of time to do since I specifically put the order in on Sunday for a Tuesday pickup. Why would I do the drawing in two colors if I just wanted one. I should have been called at least! I would like some response back. This is unexceptionable and unprofessional!
