Cars 4 Less review: Vehicle purchase

I purchased the car, got insurance, signed all documents and contracts and paid them the 5000 down on a debit card. After 15 or so days the car lot reported the car stolen, took the car back and refused to refund me. I have disputed the charge with the card issuer to no avail, it's been well over the 10 days and I still don't have my money. So I have no car, no money.. I am just screwed. I am pregnant with twins and was forced to evacuate the declared state of emergency in the oak fire on foot with no means for survival due to this.
