I feel very fortunate that such a quality company installed my roof. Not only were the installers excellent and experienced, but the company has an on-site manager. Our manager was Kai Doyle. Kai explained every facet of the installation process and answered all my questions. I also texted him several times during the installation and was answered IMMEDIATELY. I was absolutely blown away by the service that Kai and this company provided. This company was recommended to me and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone.

Carroll Bradford Roofing did an awesome job with our new roof. They were reliable, dependable, timely, professional, neat and did everything they said they would do.
Chris *** was the Supervisor and was always making us aware of everything that was going on and everything that was going to be done.
Jason *** our sales rep was also a first class communicator. He was honest, friendly and always available when needed.
We were thrilled with their service and workmanship. I highly recommend you contact Jason for any roofing needs.

Can't say enough good things about Carroll Bradford Roofing. The amazing crew worked from sunrise to sunset and finished our re-roof in 3 days. They were professional and cleaned up each evening before leaving. Excellent customer service from Shane *** and Chris ***. Chris kept me updated on everything that was happening with the roof install and inspections throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make this a great experience. I would recommend Carroll Bradford without hesitation. Hardworking and focused on excellent customer service.

In the 23 years that we have lived in our home we have replaced the roof three times including our most recent experience with Carol Bradford Inc. This was by far the best experience that we've ever had regarding our roof. To begin, the project manager Jason Milton helped me to select exactly the right color to go with her home color scheme. I had picked a different color after looking at samples, but I am so glad I listen to Jason's advice because the roof looks fabulous. Great experience all round! Carroll Bradford just completed a roof replacement for me. I initially met with Sales Manager Jason M. who took the time to explain the how & what to expect. Once we agreed on contracting, the process went so smoothly! The work began when they said they would have & was completed in under 2 days as planned. They cleaned up nicely too!. I'm happy with my new roof & happy with the courteousness & professionalism of the entire team. A small leak developed in the roof in one of our bedrooms. We called a roofing company. The guy they sent out said he did not do repairs but would look at our roof and let us know what could be done. He left, the roof was not fixed, and we had to look for another roofer. My son-in-law recommended Bradford. We could not be happier. Jonathan Earle came out same day and had a repair crew in place the day after to patch the small leak at no charge. He then suggested we have our insurance company send out an adjuster. Jonathan was here the day of the adjuster and within a week we had go ahead from insurance to install new roof. Bradford guys did an excellent job. Forget about calling other roofers, just call Bradford.

Jason *** and Carroll *** treated my home like it was their own. Jason *** inspected my roof at my request. After the inspection, he advised me on his findings and explained everything involved with reproofing my house. He left me with no questions and never pressured me to commit on the spot or sign anything until I decided to go with them. They tore off the roof in one day and reroofed the next day while repairing some leaks. They completed the project on time with no "surprises". Throughout the process, Jason *** and his crew managers were there to address all my concerns and silly questions. The quality of work was excellent too. I highly recommend Jason *** and Carroll *** for your roofing needs.

I highly recommend Carroll Bradford Roofing. The team is very responsive and professional. I was recommended by them from several of my neighbors and I can clearly see why. Shane Amy was extremely helpful in navigating through the claim process with the insurance company, helping with picking the new shingles and even filing and obtaining the HOA approval. This was an extensive project that not only included replacement of the shingle roof but also replacing the gutters, skylights and solar paneling. During the installation, Chris *** was an excellent Field Manager who was in constant communication with me, providing updates on the work being performed and answering all my questions. The work was done in a timely and professional manner.

I have given a five star rating to Carroll Bradford who installed a roof at my home recently. I wish to commend the Project Manager C B, who managed our project with diligence, courtesy and respect throughout. He was on-site to manage the installation and saw to every detail from the unloading of supplies to the cleanup process. The crew was efficient and skilled and the results were perfect. G installed the gutters skillfully and courteously and with great care and careful planning. The roof, gutters and trim are beautiful and well matched. Thanks also to their customer service staff who are prompt, thorough and courteous. Projects such as this can be difficult and painful, but Carroll Bradford's experience and skill made it a perfect experience. Thanks to everyone at C-B.

This experience was excellent right from the start. Joe *** was the supervisor and consultant from start to finish. Truly the most professional project manager I have ever worked with. He listened to my concerns, explained my options and followed through to insure my satisfaction. This was all done in a pleasant professional manner throughout the project. The GAF "System" is outstanding, making the entire project safe and secure for many years to come, and with a realistic warranty covering all work done for many years into the future. The ridge cap (Timbertex) (I think) not only is designed for security but makes the job look like a million bucks. All new vents and gutters, plus a few small repairs in the roof, and this job comes with the highest recommendation of this household. Great Team ! We HIGHLY recommend Jason *** of Carroll Bradford Roofing. My sister needed a new roof. I gathered quotes from several companies. Some did not even call back. My sister and I have managed projects and are quite skilled in successful project management, of various types, so we know a well run project from a flop. We are quite particular in who we deal with as we know good work from junk. Jason *** is TOP Notch and straight forward. The entire project went entirely smoothly even during the virus situation. It was important that sister get the roof install before hurricane season approached. We could not wait until we were released from the virus. We had to get the roof installed. We were happy to hear that roofing was a necessary business. We could not be any happier with the entire project that was run by Jason ***. He is a man of his word and gets the roof installed for the price he says during the time he says. If you want a solid project for your new roof installed and a fair price, this is your company to choose. It was an exceptionally run project and sis is super happy with her new roof.

Top Notch Install ALL the way through. Seriously.

I had a new roof funded by my insurance company because of hail damage to a 12 year old roof. The Carroll Bradford rep insisted on examining my roof even though I told him I had looked at it and was not overly concerned about the damage. (I had turned away more than a dozen roofers before Tyler showed up.) I had peel and stick underneath the shingles and did not think it would leak any time soon. Many of my neighbors were getting new roofs and the rep explained that insurance premiums for my area would probably increase whether I got a new roof or not. He took care of everything. All I had to do was sign a few forms, cash the insurance check, and then transfer the funds to Carroll Bradford when the job was complete. I have roughly 53 squares and my house is two stories. The roofers arrived on a Monday morning and had finished the roof and cleaned the grounds by 3PM on Tuesday. They waited two hours for the dry in inspection Tuesday morning, or they would have finished sooner. I was particularly concerned about 27 year old metal flashing above my first story roof and ridge vents that would allow adequate attic ventilation. I was pleased with the attention the roofers paid to both concerns. The job exceeded my expectations. It was not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. And if I were paying out of pocket, I would have gone elsewhere. But for insurance covered work, I doubt that I could have done better with any company. I am now looking forward with trepidation to my next homeowner's insurance premium.

After doing extensive research we decided to go with Carrol Bradford Roofing. We were not disappointed. They were on time and very responsive/patient from the very beginning. Our first contact was Shane. Shane went out of his way to answer the myriad of questions we had about quality, cost and timeline of work to be performed. Shane was honest about cost and scope of work... definitely an asset. Scheduled workday arrives and Rafael was job supervisor. Friendly, knowledgeable and responsive as well. If he didn't have an answer he would promptly get one. Also an asset to the company. Work crew was fast and the quality of work was second to none. I'm not going to lie, I watched everything they did and they were doing it right. By the time they were done with the reroof it was as if they weren't here. They did a nail sweep at least 8 times to make sure they got everything. They even knocked on my neighbors door to let them know they were doing a nail sweep over there just in case a stray nail made its way over there. It's that attention to detail that cemented my view of how great our choice was. After the reroof came the gutters. Gabe was fast, efficient, extremely patient, friendly and knowledgeable. His quality of work shows his pride in what he does. He even stopped to help a neighbor carry a box. Most people wouldn't do that. Gabe explained exactly what he was doing and answered all questions with a smile. You could tell he loves his job and the company he works for. Also an asset to the company Long story short, I wouldn't waste my time looking for any other company. The entire process was smooth and the experience was a fantastic one. I would highly recommend Carrol Bradford Roofing to anyone looking for high quality work at competitive pricing. I would give 10 stars if I could.Great experience, great employees, great company.
