Carpet & Flooring Network review: Laminated flooring installation

On 5/15/23 I hired Virgi P. to have laminated flooring installed in my house. He came and Measured the rooms and came up with 585 sq ft which came to 35 boxes of laminated flooring. He sent me a contract witch. Says complete in two days. I paid him $4500 dollars The two men came to install, but ran out of flooring as Virgil only gave them 31 boxes It is now 5/30/23 and still not done. I told Virgil I want some money back as the contract said installation in two days. He keeps saying he order a box, but keeps changing the date.
