Carolina Ale House

I have been coming to the Carolina Ale House for years now and tonight was the first night that I have experienced the worst possible services ever. It was around 9:45 pm when they order drinks and appetizers for a table. It was around 10:45, we still have not received that letter. We asked for the manager, and he mentioned that the kitchen has taken really working hard to complete order. When the order came out for the ribs, they were semi-cold & burned/charcoal. We told the manager to close out the tab and cancel. So late in the evening hanging out with a group of friends, you would think if they will come in at a timely manner. But the service was poor and the food never came out and over and our office sitting at the table. Now as I am writing this complaint. We are at another restaurant and within five minutes we've already eating and drinking.
I forgot to take a picture of burnt ribs, that I happen to send back because it was too hard to eat. But from our receipt, you can see the time that we placed our order and the time that we checked out because the food had not arrived.
