Let me start by saying I used to work for this company so I know first hand what goes on there. They buy used cars from auctions and car rental agencies with damage on them so they can purchased them for as little as possible. They don't disclose the open recalls or if they sell you a fleet or rental car, which they are supposed to. The owner, David Pancrazio also has a 2nd used car store within 20 minutes of Car Mart called Berlin Auto Outlet. Attached to that sales building is a body shop that he fixes the cars at without disclosing the repaired damage to the consumers that purchase those cars. He also runs 2 different dealerships under one dealers license. His finance department, ran by Jose "Joey" Perez, (who used to work for Bidic Auto Lines which were shut down by the state of NJ for illegal activity) submits falsified auto applications in an effort to get customers approved and I've also learned of them producing fake pay stubs made by the owner's company accountant to provide proof of income to the banks. He sells all of his cars "As-Is" even though NJ state law specifically states that you get a 30 day or 1, 000 mile, 60 day or 2, 000 mile or 90 day or 3, 000 mile limited power train warranty with each pre-owned car purchase depending on the miles at the time of purchase. If you have happened to see his Infomercial on channel 4 each and every Saturday, David Pancrazio himself goes on and on about how he is the largest pre-owned car dealership in South Jersey. The fact of the matter is his location can't even come close to that since he usually only stocks about 60 vehicles. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Car Mart Automotive Group and Berlin Auto Outlet because you will regret it if you don't. I may sound like a bitter ex-employee, however I'm just trying to save any consumer the headache and bad experience that they will have if they buy a car at either of these locations.

I agree totally! I bought a car from Berlin Auto Outlet and on my way home it broke down! I called and talked to the salesman Jimmy and he said " you bought the car As-Is so it is what it is!" Wow, what customer service! Steer clear from that place and I would assume the same for the other store, Car Mart in Williamstown since they're owned by the same guy.
