Kristopher Cardenti scammed us out of $15, 000 for a "Deal Dashboard" which he claims to be an extremely comprehensive analysis of the loan request. He claims that he utilizes expensive banking software which evaluates every little component of the possible transaction providing advise back to client for strengthening the likely hood of achieving funding. The deal dashboard was presented as a valuable tool which he would then take to his lending partner who was said to be a bank in S. California and that worst case scenario, if they didn't fund, we would have a detailed guideline to utilize in working with another lender. The dashboard was issued after nearly 4 months (he said it would take 1 week) and was a worthless report simply compiling the data we provided and we learned nothing from it. Kris disappeared as soon as he issued the report and hundreds of attempts to reach him have been unsuccessful. This is a due diligence scam simply adding the "Deal dashboard" to the process. We have now found numerous other companies and people who have been scammed by Capital Guardian. We are in the process of seeking legal recourse. Do not work with this group, they are FRAUDS.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I am a consultant for INSPIRE STRATEGIC PARTNERS, I have worked with Kristopher Cardenti and have utilized his services many times in the past, prior to him joining Capital Guardian, LLC. I have also obtained "Deal Dashboards" and have found that they are constructive in understanding pitfalls within transactions. Of course the first few pages regarding the ltv levels, deal dashboard ratings, income statements, and balance sheets may be obvious and any CPA firm can do this, the key to his models are not in those pages at all they are found in the common sized satements and the key ratios. I have found many transactions that may have been looked at as slam dunk deals later to find out that the transaction has a very low z score ratio and bankruptcy rate. I have recently been notified that the owners of capital guardian closed the firm down after about 8 years in business due to the economy and lending enviroment. I know Kris well and he was devistated as he worked at the firm to build his career. I will speak to Kris, and make him aware of your complaint he has always worked situations out with us even if they were not the most favorable.
