Cape Union Mart Kolonnade review: Dji mavic mini 2 drone

My name is richard malatji my contact [protected]. I bought dji mavic mini 2 drone at cape union mart kolonnade branch last year march. This year march the unit stopped working and the sales consultant said the unit guarantee might be two year or a year which he was not certain. technician took a drone to repair then after two months he told me the unit is out of the guarantee and he said guarantee starts when drone connect to a phone. my concern is I started connecting a phone in september last year which stipulate the unit is still under the guarantee. I need drone serviced or do refund since they even today I did not received my drone serviced.
