I have reported to Camella Homes Bohol and HOA, regarding my neighbor Block 22 Lot 11 Camella Homes Bohol who is extending their property with 2nd floor attaching to my detached units firewall. The report was done last week of November 2020 after several follow-ups telephone calls emails ignored, Camella Homes eventually advised after 2 or 3 weeks that Block 22 Lot 11 was issued stop construction because of the violations on Camela Himes restrictions.
I am complaining because their extension is against Camella's building standards. But then the HO of Block 22 Lot 11 did not stop construction and apparently already have worked on their flooring as of yesterday Dec 3 construction is still ongoing. I will hold liable Camella Homes to put my properties firewall back to its original state.
Camella Bohol needs to be investigated whoever is releasing the permit of construction because as per my source and also coming from a Camella Homes Engineer in Bohol (I dont know the name) quoting that the deposit bond provided by Block 22 Lot 11 will be forfeited to be able to violate the building standards.
Camella Homes Head Office Vista Land > Please address this corruption immediately. Also I demand that you bring back my properties firewall to its original state, no attachment to my property as I bought it single detached. I have 2 properties with you Camella Homes and it is my right as a homeowner to exercise my right, we both have signed a contract and you are breaching it.
I hope to get a response from you advising your action plans for Camella Homes Bohols process for extensions, and my property concern be addressed immediately.
