Camella Cerritos Heights review: renovations

Hi, our model house is carmela uphill and the houses are single attached. My neighbor renovated their house and is putting up a wall extending their firewall up to out balcony, covering the entire side of our balcony.

I know that camella's rule of front renovation prohibits this plus it will block the side view of our balcony and limits the air that flows in our balcony.

What action do you have in place for this? This has been communicated to our admin office but still construction is on going. They said they will get back to me again on Monday, but the walls are now built.
