The noise coming from the apartment above me is constant and disruptive. It starts as early as 5:00 a.m. and can continue throughout the day and night. The biggest problems are loud stomping, dogs running and jumping around heavily, and what sounds like artificial thunderstorm noises being played late at night. There have even been times when the ceiling shook so much that it genuinely felt like something was about to fall through.
Desired outcome: It’s time to look into setting weight limits for dogs on upper floors. The dogs above me are large and very active—and that combination, in an apartment setting, creates serious noise issues for those living below.
