Cackle Hatchery review: Shorted my order. Plan better next time cackle.

I restock by birds every other year, so I planned a larger order, including some golden laced polish. I chose Cackle for the variety of more exotic birds. They shorted me without advance notice. Said they could replace in 6 months but I would have to pay for full shipping without a discount. Not using them again. One of their customer service reps (Jessie) hung up on me, told me it was policy.
