The Brick - Mattress issues

Good evening

I have a massive issue with the springwall mattress that I ordered May 28th 2021 and it was delivered June 4th 2021. Only had mattress for 30 days. First of all I went to put my fitted sheet on my bed today July 5th 2021 and found that I do not have a seam anymore on the bottom of one of the corners. It is ripped open. I also have notice that I do not have the warranty tag on my mattress anymore either. I did buy another bed at the same time and same bed just a double than a queen. It has the tag but barely. Just hanging by a strip. Putting sheets on these beds obviously rips of the tags. Now I phone my local store where I bought it. The operator let's me know that I have to go thru online warranty claim and it will take a long time to get an answer. I asked her a question and she snapped back and said if you would let me finish. I told her I will just return the mattress and she said I couldn't do that either. So I asked for her manager. I got. transfered to a gentleman that I think his name is Aman. I think. He tells me he will talk to another manager and he will call me back. 6 hours later I get a call from a lady named Karen who says to me: this is karen from the brick I am returning your call. so I went to let her know what was going on and she told me that seams are not covered under warranty. Really that's ridiculous but I can give you VIP pricing on your next purchase. UM I am not purchasing ever again from The Brick. Can you tell me what VIP stands for that obviously is not me. So I phone Springwall manufacturer and they can not do anything for me. I also sent an email to [protected]@thebrick.com on July 5th 2021 and no response. How is seams on a mattress not covered. I never sewed the seams myself and there is lose thread everywhere on this mattress. So I would like a explanation of what your solution might be.

The Brick - Warranty "credit"

I purchased 2 TVs in 2015 and also purchased the extended 5 year warranty (4 years extended warranty along with the 1 year manufacturers warranty that extends the total time to 5 years). I was told to contact that Brick location on the 5 year anniversary to receive a warranty credit if I had not used the warranty. I did not use the warranty, and returned to the Brick at the end of the 5 years to redeem the credit. I went there on September 29th (my warranty expired on Sept 28th), was told that the first warranty purchase was expired but the second warranty did not expire until Nov 1, so I should come back on Nov 1 to be able to use both credits. I went back on Nov 7 2020 and was told that to be able to redeem the warranty credit, I needed to spend a minimum of $400 to be able to use it, so I ordered an alarm clock ($99.99) and a lamp ($339.97). I paid for the difference (the two warranties were for $99.99 and $179.99, totalling $279.98 of warranty credits, I paid an additional $209.98). The alarm clock arrived at the warehouse and I picked it up, the lamp was to arrive by the end of December 2020. Mid-December, I received a call saying that my warranty credit was not valid, they told me it had expired the year prior. I had called King and State to verify that the warranty did expire in 2020 (not 2019) and they verified this on two different occasions. The Brick refused to do anything about it, so I called King and State back to once again confirm that I should be eligible for the credit, which they did confirm, and they also called the Brick location directly on my behalf to sort it out with the Brick. King and State told me to follow up with The Brick later that day, which I did, and was told that they were sorting it out and would call me back. They have not called me back, and have no returned my phone calls. I haven't been able to actually speak to anyone directly, every time I call the message is that they are busy and unable to answer.

Desired outcome: I want the credit that I am eligible for to be applied to my account and for my lamp to be ordered so I can go pick it up. At the very least, I want the money back that I have paid towards this lamp that they will not give me.

Paid in full for a sofa and love seat. Love seat not received yet. Every time I call, I get a new date from The Brick at Regina, Saskatchewan. Phone [protected].
They are not ready for pay any compensation also for this delay. I have disposed off my old furniture and going through tough time since last one and half month. I am very unhappy on Bricks and want compensation for my sufferings. I am thinking to go to customer protection forum for this.
