RedTag.ca - service

I book a airtransat cuba vacation in jun 2019. Airtransat has a early booking promotion which redtag stated it was unavailable. I explained to them that I spoke with airtransat just 20min earlier and they said it was. They couldn't do any changes to my booking since I booked through the online redtag booking agency. Redtag just stole money from me by not honouring the early booking promotion.
Do not book with redtag!
