Real Canadian Superstore - pack of chicken breasts, that had bone in them and it's never like this

I bought a pack of chicken breasts last week and finally took it out of the freezer to cook it. Well when I opened the package, I find that there is BONE LEFT on both breasts. I paid 8.94 for a package that is .564 kg, the the weight of the bone was .176 kg. I am very disgusted, that in the times with inflation, this is how you are trying to steal from your customers. I can imagine all of the breasts like this, so you are ripping off your customers. I am not happy with your store, in doing this. I have NEVER encountered this EVER at any store, but this is what are you doing. stealing. I want a gift card for this injustice and theft. Thank you. I have photos by the way if you want to see them. I will never shop there again, if this is what they are doing to their customers, especially the cost of food these days.

The label clearly states "Chicken Breast Bone In".

Perhaps you should consider this before accusing other people of thievery, or at least get your eyes tested.

Are you telling me you actually read the package when you pick up a pack of chicken? I am guessing no...so stuff it. no body does

Real Canadian Superstore - gift card and customer service

I purchased 1700 gift cards from this store. When I checked out the card, one of the cards doesn't work. I went back to the store's customer service. The employee was rude and unhelpful. She cut the conversation and jump over to the next person behind me and ignore me after that. No one willing to help me. I kinda waste $100 for nothing but horrible service experience.

Real Canadian Superstore - staff/management

Hi

I am complaining as a customer/mother of an employee that works for your company on Walker Rd in Windsor, Ont.

My son has been working for this company for a 6 months when he broke his arm. Which of course I had to call in to tell his manager he would not be going in for his shift since he was going to the hospital. So I called the store many times over and over not getting though. Finally after several hours of trying as I am at work also. I talked to Sue which is 1 of his managers. I said "he will not be in today because I think he broke his arm and I don't know when he will be back" Sue said to me need "Doctor note" and then hung up. ? No is he ok and any other complains or even a Hi this is Sue speaking? So Again He had to go back to the hospital the next day for more tests etc. So again tried to call and again NO answer, after several hours of trying as I am also at work again trying to call between my clients which I am a business owner also. And if I talked to my clients as do your staff I would not be in business. So again got through to Sue. I tried to explain to her that he did broke his arm and he will be off for 4 to 6 weeks. Sue said "ok" and hung up again in my mid sentence? How in the world can you run a business with staff like his. So a week goes by and the other manager calls to see why he didn't show up for his shift? Again are you kidding me? Sue did NOT tell her co worker that he will not be at work for 4 to 6 weeks ?My son can NEVER get a hold of anyone just in case something happens like this again or if he or she is running late. there is no communication Plus to hang up on me? Is totally unthinkable. I do not work there I was a customer at that location. I these kids are low on the list but seriously how are they to look up to there managers?

So he had a follow up appointment at the hospital which takes forever again, so we wait. But he was scheduled to work and again tried to call in to say he probably wont make it in. So again tried several times with no luck. Finally I called and just asked to talk to someone to give them a heads up as to what is going on. And again I cannot for the life of my understand how these have their jobs? So this woman was so rude to me saying he has to call ( which I do understand ) but he could not due to he was in the fracture clinic and no phones are allowed and that has been trying since 4 hours before his shift. She continued to say to me rudely that she is giving me a heads up and no he has to call? and hung up on me. Wow are you kidding me. What is wrong with this company?

I am sending this in hopes that you look at your management team and to explain to them that also have a job to do Professionally because you never know who is on the other side of that call. And to answer their phones and messages.
