I purchased a laptop for me 10 year old daughter and the extended warranty. The device stop working about 6 months in. The manufacturer fixed it and roughly 6 months after that it stopped working again. Brought it to vision because their warranty was to now cover it but of course they sent it to their technician and said there was water damage and they will not fix it. It's a complete lie because if that was true the manufacturer would have stated that. I know for a fact it's a lie. Once your device is in their care and they don't want to fix it, they can do whatever and blame you. They are scammers. If I could give them 0 I would. Terrible company

Bought a 55 inch tv from them april 3. Told both the salesman and store manager that I didn't need it till may 1. Both suggested that to take advantage of the opening week prices that I should buy it right away. They assured me that when I unpacked it on may 1 if there was anything wrong with it to just bring it back and it would be replaced. After setting it up and turning it on there were lines on the screen. Took it back a half hour later and they refused to exchange it... They had a litany of excuses which were all disproven by me. They actually said that I dropped it or used it and it fell etc etc etc. They now have both the tv and my money and the battle goes on. Save yourself the trouble and deal with a reputable firm who actually back up the product.
