I took my 3 month old Mercedes-Benz to the TOUCHLESS carwash at the Petro Canada located in Concord, Ontario. Unfortunately, due to a mechanical disruption, the arm that goes around the vehicle ended up TOUCHING, but it did not stop there, what's worse it severely scratched the whole right side of my vehicle. Anyhow, accidents happen!
But what made matters worse, was the detrimental treatment I received from the complete management team from that Petro Canada location. (Faye, Zamir, and Owner Paul) had me going around in circles for two weeks with no resolution, Zamir would never return any calls, entirely inconsiderate. Furthermore, I had to deal with an extreme incompetent insurance adjuster from Federated Ins. (Alan Cunningham), that is Petro Canada’s insurance company, for most locations.
End result, even though it was entirely their responsibility to fix my car, I had to resort to my own insurance to get matters under control.
Word of advise, if you choose to take your vehicle to a carwash, first never go to the above specified location, and if you still go to any other one, try to avoid Petro Canada, and still be prepared to suffer the consequences. To top it all, Petro Canada Head Quarters completely washed their hands, proclaiming that each station was privately owned, therefore out of their jurisdiction, yet they carry their senseless name. They didn’t even offer to reimburse the carwash money!
I'd say, for sure, Petro Canada is OUT of BUSINESS for ME.
