About 50% of the times that I go to a Tim Hortons my order is incorrect. It happened once again today. The staff do not listen. Even when I tell them they gave me the wrong items, they will not replace my order with the correct items. Since we have to pay before receiving the order there is no avenue for corrections or refunds. No matter how many times I explain that the items are incccorect, nothing is done to correct it. As I noted, this happens regularly. I've wasted lots of money on things I did not want and did not order. I've filed complaints before and I've never received responses. I'm done with this establishment as I'm tired of wasting money.

No employment standard act was given to me.
No employment standards act was displayed at my workplace during my time there.
I got no safety/health/ accessibility training.
Shifts were cancelled frequently in 24 hrs and the hours changed.
You would be called in for times you had told them you could not work.
No training videos were shown.
They tried to pay me cash under the table (said better no tax).
