Cashier was the one closest to the entrance door.
Experience Horrible, had to grab 2 cases of beer that were out of box and 1 gin bottle. When I took to cash cashier mid older women was very rude to me and my friend. The way she asked us for our ID was not professional at all; she kept looking at us like we were trying to steal the 2 cases of beer. To say I thought she would see im 25 on my ID and act more normal. But When I tried telling her how many cans I had in my cart "she kept saying 'I need to see them and count them'" very rudely! I was shocked how she treated us. Yes I understand theres a protocol to follow for security reasons and i've got to say I never get asked those questions so rude and unprofessional! I felt Racism and feminist judgement from her definitely. Right after she checked how many they were and I payed she kept looking at the cans and I simply asked her "Do you want to check them again, it seems like you don't trust us". At this point I was furious. When I was exiting the store she even kept looking at us like we did something wrong; after I paid as well! The security guard was the nicest out of it all! Couldn't believe how service like that is tolerated there. I've been to many LCBO locations lately and everyone has been so kind.
Desired outcome: I don't need any refund, as i was doing a delivery for someone else. I just would like her to know how to treat customers in a proper manner. I will not be getting served by that women again even if i go in that store.
