I note that the prices delivered through instacart are far higher than in store. I thought this may be the case and then checked it out myself in person. It's true. Also supported by the marketplace investigation. I need to have my groceries delivered during this pandemic due to living with an imunocompromised and elderly person. I have been a loyal-exclusive superstore customer for decades (back to when it was loblaws). I never expected this double dealing from you. I want this issue fixed, set your instacart prices to 'in store pricing.' until that happens I will not set foot in or purchase from superstore again. Very disappointed. In these days of record profits for grocery stores, you should be ashamed of pulling this fast one.
Desired outcome: Set Instacart prices to 'in store pricing' -- like WALMART and several other stores do.

That’s exactly why I’m here too. They’re stealing from us again, or at least that’s how it feels, and I’m really sick of their bs. FYI, Wal Mart doesn’t raise their prices for Instacart (not that I’ve seen, anyway) and they still give you access to in store specials - 2 for 5$, buy one get one, things like that.
