I entered the parts & service entrance & was immediately & Aggressively told to check my bag at the front of the store. There was no greeting or how can we help you first. no "Sorry but you'll need to check your bag"
I had just bought a new motorcycle and wanted to buy 4 LED signal bulbs for it. After he confronted me I advised I was simply going to the parts counter to find the bulbs & See if they even had them. He followed me to the counter and Interrupted the rep & I to advise the rep I was not allowed to enter the store. It was Humiliating! I advised him that This was unacceptable & Id go to Napa instead "Which I did" . He then escorted me out of the store like I was a criminal!
