Hello., March 8th 2021,
I pulled up to one the spots to fill up my car. The gas dispencer read $43. and change. I lifted the nozel and selected which gas I wanted. Squeezed the handle... Nothing.. still showing $43. I replaced the nozel three times. It went inside the store to tell the clerk who was on his cell phone checking whatever, told him that I wasnt able to pump the gas could he reset that pump. He told me that he reset it twice, and if it still doesn, t work to use another pump.
I used another pump alright. I left and went to another gas station. Point being his customer service was lacking BIG time. Consumers pay A LOT for gas, and having proper customer serivce should come without question.
It felt like I was disrupting his time, and what will happen to the next customer?
A few words could have solved the problem, but why bother. Please look into the customer service at this particular store, I live in the vacinity and do gas up there, but it's not a Friendly atmostphere. Today it really upset me and I thought enough is enough.
Desired outcome: Common curtesy to all customers and look into if a pump is not pumping properly.
