Lastman's Bad Boy

Horrible customer service. No matter how many times or how high up your complaint, their convenient response is all sales final. They are not forthcoming unless to upsell a warranty option. All they care about is your money and once they have it all, they can't help you with anything. A sheet of paper with their policies was attached to my bill after I paid in full, highlighting things such as installation, how they are not responsible for it, and also not responsible for damage to your property during delivery... The liability is on me for the very bad decision of making a purchase at bad boy. I have yet to receive the appliance since it's okay for them to breach the contract and not deliver on the expected date because all sales are final. Noooobody should shop at bad boy.

Do not buy from bad boy, because noooooooobody has service like them!
I purchased a kitchen aid stove from bad boy, and what a mistake.
I have reported that my oven is not working, and with extended waranty that I have purchased also, it has been 5 weeks and it is still not working.
Nooooooobody cares including bad boy, whirlpool and 3-rd company that received the workorder from the first two stuges, and the final thing was today they are telling me that whirlpool does not even show on their system that part was ever ordered, and the 3-rd party company produced a confirmation # of the part ordered on march 23.
Do yourselve a favour and do not buy from bad boy, because they suck royally!
