Good Morning:
I test drove a Qashqai on Sept 28, 2020 and put down a deposit for the SL version.. At that time I asked if there was an incentive program for 0% financing or winter tire package as most dealerships have some incentives. I Was told that the Qashqai didn't have this type of program as it a new model of car and that she had not seen kind of incentives like that before for this car. Jill stated she could offer me tinted windows and mats. In the morning I changed my mind and phoned the Jill Gilliard and told her I would not be taking the SL but would take the SV in the show room. Jill stated they would throw in tinting and winter mats. I thought great. We had to sign a new bill of sale as I changed vehicles to the SV. The paperwork was signed for the new vehicle Oct 3, 2020. (Qashqai SV). I signed the Bill of Sale on the Sat of picking the car up. I heard the radio ad for the 0% financing and winter tire package as the Oct promo shortly after my purchase and called Jill in regards to the radio ad I heard. I called and left a message as I was stunned that after asking about the incentives 1 days prior I was told there was no offers available. Jill did not call me back. I called her back Oct 19 where she stated that the deal was started on the 29 of Sept and I was not eligible for the deal. She transferred me to her Manager Scott which I left a voice message and then later that day followed up with an email to Scott and CC's Jill on the email. Emails attached. I have yet to heard back from Scott as to this matter. Please read the email as I received the VPP of $504.00 but then paid for the tinting of the windows which was to be a thrown in. I am very disappointed with customer service and the fact that on the day of signing the New bill of sale for SV and not the SL Oct 3, 2020 I was indeed entitled to the Oct promo going on. I would like this matter resolved. It is very unprofessional not to return calls and emails. It is simple rude and I expect more from Nissan Canada and there Dealerships. I cannot upload the emails that were sent and received my Jill or myself.
