I have a issue with the store in Sechelt bc
My partner and I are honest good people.
We have run into financial difficulties from time to time so when we found out that the store here offers a up to 20$ loan system we really were appreciative of it. There was a few times we couldn't pay right on time but we always kept in contact and in fact the manager said in her words "I know you guys are good don't worry as long as it gets paid" and we always paid back mostly on time.
Well we noticed that every time we asked for the gas loan one of the employees would be very rude to us. It was very uncomfortable and un called for. We tried to lighten him up a bit but he would be even more rude to us.
So we had our loans paid up for awhile and the last time we needed a loan for gas (always for work) my partner had gone in for one and the same guy (Mike) was working and he said to my partner "You're in the bad books now no more loans"
So I'm choked now. My partner is good very respectful and polite. We have been customers for many years and in no way would we take advantage of something like that. It was offered to us and every time we utilized the loan system we were treated like we shouldn't even step foot in the store. So we won't go back no matter what. I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on gas and what not over the years at Petro Canada. But we won't go back now!
