On the 4th of april /23, I purchased a 4 piece combo chicken dinner along with a side of gravy. The meal cost me $13.99 and was all dark meat. This was a surprise as I had hoped for some white meat and I was disappointed.
The gravy cost an unreal price of $2.69. Very expensive, I thought.
The main reason for my complaint was the taste of the coating on the chicken. It was nothing like the spicy mouth watering treat that I loved from kfc. There was no real spice or flavor. Definitely not mouth watering!
Then I tried the gravy, hoping it would improve the chicken. To my disgust and shock, the gravy had no real flavor or spicy taste. It was extremely bland, almost tasteless... Again a total disappointment!
I am not sure if the recipes for the chicken coating or gravy have changed or the manager just cut back on the expensive spices.
Desired outcome: WHAT happened to my favorite chicken ? I will never buy KFC again unless I hear from you . As a very disappointed customer , my friends will hear of my experience in PORTAGE LA Prairie and hear it often .
