Visions Electronics - Mis computer monitor

Mohammad Rabie helped me with the purchase of a 24inch monitor once I got he I noticed there was a sticker on the box saying it was missing a cord but no one said this to me in the store and I got the box off the shelf with all the other monitors so I sent my brother back to return the item with the recipe (only about an hour's time passed from original purchase) they would not let him return it Evan with the receipt so I have to get my 4 year old ready to go out again and drive all the way back to do what should not have been a problem for my brother to return also they tried to tell me they were not giving me the cash back and it had to go on a card Evan tho I paid cash just a couple hours before. The people behind the desk were rude and not helpful in the least they were laughing and joking between them selfs and over all made me feel very uncomfortable.. this store is a disgrace in costumer service

Desired outcome: A full apology from everyone that was working at the time

Visions Electronics - backup camra system installed wrong

My name is Amarjit Sandhu owner BOBBY AND SON ENT. LTD. 9858 123 a st surrey bc phone#[protected]. I wanted to install a backup and a dash camra on october 2 2021 sales person gave me a price $787.58 inv.#[protected] and Ipaid it sales person said we are going to install it next week.so I went next week on october 9 2021 and drop the vehicle there .Couple of hours later sales person calls and said we can't install it on your audio deck because it doest have the plug for the camra and we have to install a new deck for $366.80 . I was at work when sales called he said we are going to put NAKAMICHI NA3600M .I said if everything is going to be same in the new one I said go head and install it .It was about closing time for the store I didn't had much time if everything was okay or not .then sold me warranty for $36.73 so now I thought if there is any problems they will look after it. Next day I was check the system the camra was offset was not centered, then check there is no navagation no voice control, the sysem does't even work when I'm about 2 kilometres from my house even the bluetooth shut off in the middle of the call. I called the sales person explained everything to him he denied everything and hangup the phone. Next day on october 11 2021 I went to the store talked to the sales and the manager I explained to them again about the issue but they both denied and were rude and said go from here we can't do anything.I was shocked what kind staff is working for Visions there just after my money and don't care about customer at all .I checked other place there is a plug available for my audio deck, why the sales did not check for $1200.00 I got a system that's not working and improperly installed even the wiring is left under the driver seat that moves up and down any time the wires could get crushed under and the wire is not protect as it goes along the outside frame, the is off set as well not cetered. I WANT MY FULL MONEY BACK OR I TAKING THIS TO COURT.

Visions Electronics - Store refuses to give me refund

I had an appointment at 10am to get a dash camera installed, but missed this appointment as I woke up not feeling well, and due to covid didn't think I should go out. I promptly called visions store when they opened at 10am to let them know I couldn't make it because I didn't feel well. They said they couldn't rebook anytime soon so I asked for a refund and they said they would only refund the amount for the dash camera and not the install because I missed the appointment. The store manager then told me I should go to small claims if I want. I have no refund- owing 416.02

Desired outcome: Want a full refund
